At TinoBikeFix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you ordered, we offer a comprehensive Refund and Returns Policy to ensure your satisfaction.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email).
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the product being delivered.
Please note that some items are non-returnable (see the list below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom Products: Any items that have been personalized with names, logos, or custom features.
- Opened Electronics: Electronic products that have been unsealed and used.
- Hygiene Items: Items like helmets, padding, or other personal protective equipment.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@tinobikefix.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any other relevant details.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and send you instructions for returning the product.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the item is in original, unused condition, we will process your refund.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Please Note: Refunds do not include shipping charges, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@tinobikefix.net. We will offer the following options:
- Replacement: We will send you a replacement product, free of charge.
- Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged. In those cases, we will cover return shipping costs.
